Yes, there is an attendant on premises to make sure laundromat is clean and to answer any questions you may have.

Is that true that Colonial Laundromats are open 24/7?
Yes! Exception to the above are 3 locations: 489 James St, Syracuse, NY (7AM - 11PM), 100 Grand Ave, Syracuse, NY (7AM - 11PM) and 1805 South Ave, Syracuse, NY.

Can I use my credit card?
We have ATM's conveniently located in most of our locations. Colonial Laundromat in Weedsport, Geneva, Nedrow, NY Mills, Velasko Road (Western Lights), Tipperary Hill, Fulton, Liverpool, Clay, Massey Street, State Street (Watertown), and Fairmount does allow use of credit/debit cards. Our newest addition for credit/debit card usage is our 502 Lenox Avenue, Oneida location. Stop in and try out our new Spyderwash card readers!

Do you have detergent in your locations?
Yes! We sell soap.
